Thomas Ebner
Prof. Thomas Ebner is a reproductive scientist and senior embryologist based in Austria, widely recognized for his contributions to IVF laboratory practice and embryology. His work focuses on improving laboratory performance, embryo assessment, and the implementation of standardized procedures to enhance outcomes in assisted reproductive technologies.
His research interests include embryo morphology, time-lapse embryo assessment, laboratory quality management, and the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize IVF laboratory performance.
At the Expermed Congress, Prof. Ebner will deliver a lecture entitled “Automation & KPIs in the IVF Lab: Driving Efficiency, Consistency, and Clinical Outcomes”, where he will discuss the role of automation and performance metrics in improving efficiency, standardization, and clinical success in IVF laboratories.
