INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANTS

Registration

• Official VAT 20% should be added on the registration fees.
• All participants and attendants must be registered. The above registration fees include entrance to the scientific meetings and exhibition area, printed materials, coffee breaks, lunches, participation to the social activities.
• All registrations are confirmed upon full payment of the registration fees. For the confirmation of your registration, please send the receipt of payment to the congress secretariat via e-mail.
• In order to take advantage of discounted registration fees, registration fees must be deposited, and proof of payments must be sent by an e-mail to the congress secretariat no later than March 6th, 2026
• Congress registration should be completed in order to register the pre-congress courses. First come, first served basis will be applied for pre-congress course registrations.

Accommodation

• Official VAT 10% and 2% city tax should be added on the accommodation fees.
• Rates are for one night, including bed and breakfast.
• Accommodation reservations are confirmed upon full payment of the fees. To get confirmation for your reservation, please email your payment receipt to the Organization Secretariat via expermed@bosphorusmice.net.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will be valid if notified in writing to Bosphorus MICE.
For cancellations of registration and accommodation;

• made until March 6th, 2026 will be refunded as 50 %.
• made after March 6th, 2026, no refunds will be granted.

All refunds will be processed one month after the congress.
